Shielded Wiring

I replaced all the shielded wiring in MY radio rebuild. Here's how I made it.

Here is my build process. Quarter inch braid (Amazon to the rescue!) plus a fiberglass rod that easily fits inside the braid. I put a blunt point on one end and tape the wires to the other. Fish that through the braid.

Dress up the end with a ground wire.

Connect to whatever.

Here's a screen grab of the Amazon listing I used. I'm not putting a direct link to it because as soon as I do, they'll move it. There's nothing special about the braid. It costs more than I would have expected.
