T16 is for band 4 in the RF 2 section.
It appears that the metal sub-chassis parts are drilled for either type of variable capacitor.
Stamped with part number 51281. I don't have a parts list for the early radios that give anything other than
resistors and capacitors.
A diagram identifies this coil as "B4-S7"

A to B: 0.29 ohm C to D: 9.06
There does not appear to be any pin numbers or key on the square coils so I tried to use the two terminals on the long dimension with the stamped part number between as 'A' and 'B' with the other two being 'C' and 'D'. I ran into coils on a different radio that broke that plan. I went with 'Winding 1' and 'Winding 2'.
Stamped with part number '51B573' (has heavy insulated wire) or '51 573' (has light enameled wire).

Winding 1: 0.11 ohm Winding 2: 0.46
